About Crystal Rodriguez, ASW

Hi, I’m Crystal Rodriguez, ASW. I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to give everything you have and still feel stuck. In my work, I help adults explore the patterns, beliefs, and old narratives that keep them in survival mode. Together, we unlearn what no longer serves you and help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels real and sustainable.

I work with adults navigating high-functioning depression, quiet heaviness, and emotional masking. I support neurodivergent adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, First-Gen and BIPOC adults, and older adults moving through identity shifts and life transitions.

My areas of focus include depression, suicidality, anxiety, chronic overwhelm, developmental trauma, intergenerational patterns, cultural expectations, and finding purpose. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative–grounded in helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface so we can begin creating meaningful change.
