About Yesenia Villalta, LCSW, TCYM

I help people who are used to holding it all together finally have a space where they don’t have to. As a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist, I work with individuals and families — especially first-gen, the strong friend, and heart-centered folks — who are navigating trauma, relationship patterns, burnout, life transitions, or that heavy “in between” stage where something needs to shift but it’s hard to name what.

I specialize in trauma, attachment, nervous system regulation, and healing identity for clients who carry more than they let on. I weave soul, spirit, and science throughout my work, helping clients tend to their mind, bodies, and rest in their identity in Christ while reclaiming lost parts and building reciprocal relationships.

I’m a first-gen Northern VA native and yes, the eldest daughter. I have a rescue pit and love taking him out for joy rides and getting extra pup cups as I explore coffee shops. I value authenticity, healing, wellness, growth, and connection, which is why I’m continually investing in my own growth and learning as I serve my clients. If you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired — que ni tú misma te aguantas — and ready to do the work, it would be an honor to be a guide and facilitator in this season of your healing journey.
