Cultural Identities

About Lyam Montanez, LPCC

Healing can feel isolating, overwhelming, and deeply personal, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I strive to create a welcoming and affirming space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Your experiences matter, and therapy should honor your story, your values, and the identities that shape who you are. Together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you, prioritizing safety, empowerment, and rebuilding meaningful connections with yourself and others.

As a trauma-informed and culturally responsive therapist, I use a compassionate, collaborative and integrative approach grounded in evidence-based care, cultural humility, and a commitment to social justice and advocacy. I offer services in English and Spanish.

Healing looks different for everyone, and my goal is to help you discover what it means for you; in a space where you feel affirmed, supported, and never judged. If any of this resonates with you; you are in the right place. I would be honored to support and walk alongside you on your journey, please don’t hesitate to connect with me!
