About Janis Davila, M.S., LPC

You may feel emotionally overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck in a constant cycle of overthinking. Maybe you’re carrying the pressure of work, school, relationships, parenting, or major life changes while trying to hold everything together on your own. Anxiety, stress, self-doubt, and emotional burnout can make it difficult to feel present, connected, or at peace.

I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, depression, self-esteem issues, OCD, ADHD, and emotional overwhelm. I also support women navigating prenatal and postpartum mental health concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally drained, people-pleasing, struggling with boundaries, or unsure how to cope with everything they’re carrying.

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, improve coping skills, strengthen relationships, and feel more emotionally balanced. Therapy is not about having everything figured out it’s about having support while you work through it.

I offer virtual therapy throughout Texas for children, teens, and adults. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
