Hi everyone, my name is Cynthia Cerrato, and I’m a BIPOC therapist deeply committed to creating spaces where community can feel seen, supported, and understood. My work is rooted in a passion for mental health through a culturally affirming and decolonizing lens — one that honors our lived experiences, identities, histories, and the ways systems impact our wellbeing.
As a therapist and advocate, I’m especially passionate about supporting mothers raising neurodivergent children and navigating the complexities of parenting, advocacy, burnout, and identity. I believe healing happens in community, through connection, compassion, and unlearning the harmful narratives that tell us we have to do it all alone.
My approach centers authenticity, nervous system awareness, intergenerational healing, and creating spaces where neurodivergence is embraced rather than pathologized. This circle was created as a place for moms to exhale, connect, share honestly, and feel less isolated in the journey.
I’m honored to hold this space with you.
