As a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I support individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and chronic illness. I have experience working with childhood and intergenerational trauma, as well as individuals facing cancer diagnosis and survivorship. I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek support during vulnerable times. My approach is integrative and tailored to your needs. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused and strength-based approaches, narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am trained in EMDR and currently working toward EMDR certification. I believe healing happens within a safe, authentic relationship. I strive to create a warm and compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. Together, we move at your pace, building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
