Are you or someone you care about feeling overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, or difficult emotions? Maybe you’re struggling with self-esteem, navigating family relationships, or exploring questions around your cultural or racial identity. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
As someone who understands the complexities of navigating multiple cultural identities firsthand, I recognize that balancing cultural values, family expectations, relationships, and your own needs can feel challenging. With nine years of experience in the mental health field, along with my own lived experiences, I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
I’m especially passionate about supporting first-generation and Latine clients as they explore their identities, navigate acculturation, find a sense of belonging, and make sense of how their cultural backgrounds and family experiences have shaped who they are. I hope to walk alongside you as you deepen your understanding of yourself, reconnect with what matters most to you, and find a path forward that feels authentic to who you are.
