You’re needing support with the self critic, the negative thoughts, and comparing yourself to others. Therapy doesn’t have to be or look a certain way. It can include laughter, creativity, positivity, vulnerability and feeling comfortable to explore your truest self. And once you feel safe and secure, you can open up, without feeling judged or criticized.
