Cultural Identities

About Jacqueline Ibarra Gonzalez

Reaching out for support takes courage, and I offer a warm, safe space where you can feel understood and supported. As a first-generation Latina therapist, I value culturally responsive care and understand the unique experiences many individuals and families navigate across cultures and generations. I work with children, teens, and adults facing trauma, anxiety, and life transitions.

Whether it’s a child adjusting after a difficult experience, a teen managing stress, or an adult carrying past or present challenges, I meet each person with patience, compassion, and respect. My strength-based, person-centered approach integrates trauma-informed care, CBT, play therapy, and mindfulness to support healing and growth.

I also strive to create a culturally inclusive and bilingual (English/Spanish) environment, where clients from diverse backgrounds feel seen, respected, and empowered. Together, we explore how life experiences, relationships, and cultural values shape your story while building tools for emotional balance and resilience.

Healing begins when you feel safe enough to be fully seen. Together, we will create space for clarity, confidence, and meaningful growth.
