About Sarai Perez, LICSW

As a bilingual Afro-Latina therapist and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I understand the weight of navigating high expectations, generational patterns, and cultural identity, while still being the “strong one.”

I specialize in working with high-functioning adults who are managing anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, and the invisible labor of being a cycle-breaker. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and rooted in empowerment. Using CBT, ACT, and solution-focused strategies, I help clients move from survival mode into clarity, alignment, and intentional living.

Therapy with me is both reflective and practical, we explore your story while building real tools for change. I offer virtual sessions with evening and weekend availability.

Healing is possible. You don’t have to do it alone.
