Hola y Bienvenidos! I’m Dama Perez, LMFT, a bilingual, first-generation Latina therapist and founder of CASA Therapy. I support Latinx adults and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and cultural pressures. I specialize in couples therapy, helping partners improve communication, deepen emotional connection, and break patterns shaped by family, culture, and past experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive, creating a safe space where your story guides the work.
I also provide immigration evaluations, offering compassionate, thorough assessments for U Visa, VAWA, and other immigration related cases. Many clients seeking evaluations also benefit from therapy, and I integrate culturally informed care to support both emotional healing and legal needs.
Beyond couples and evaluations, I work with individuals facing anxiety, grief, identity questions, and life transitions. I am a Certified Grief Educator, helping clients process loss in ways that honor cultural, family, and personal narratives. My work combines evidence based approaches with cultural humility, tailored to meet each client’s goals and lived experience.
At CASA Therapy, my mission is to help clients feel seen, understood, and supported. Whether you’re rebuilding a relationship, finding clarity in a difficult transition, or navigating the emotional aspects of immigration processes. Therapy is a partnership, and I provide practical tools, emotional insight, and culturally aware guidance to help you build resilience, connection, and well-being.
