Maybe you’re the first in your family to achieve certain milestones, and success feels lonelier than you expected. Maybe you’re struggling with guilt about boundaries, money, or becoming someone your family doesn’t fully recognize. Maybe you’re exhausted from code-switching, proving yourself, or carrying the weight of your family’s sacrifice.
You might look successful on paper, but inside you’re dealing with identity questions, or the feeling that no matter how much you achieve, it’s never quite enough. Or maybe you’re in a relationship where cultural differences create conflicts deeper than what you’re actually arguing about. Perhaps you’re building a business and discovering that success brings up unexpected emotions about wealth, family obligation, and who you’re becoming.
How I Work
I specialize in working with immigrants and first-generation Latinx individuals and couples. As an immigrant myself who moved between Argentina and the US, I understand this experience from the inside. I know what it’s like to reconstruct your identity across borders, to feel pulled between cultures, and to wonder if success means losing parts of yourself.
I work with high-achieving professionals dealing with imposter syndrome and the loneliness of success, entrepreneurs navigating the emotional complexity of building wealth, couples bridging cultural differences, and families working through generational divides.
I draw from psychoanalytic and attachment theory to help you understand the deeper patterns shaping your life. I also have specialized training in financial therapy because I know that for us, money is never just about money—it carries family sacrifice, cultural values, and complex emotions about obligation and success.
I’m committed to creating a space where your cultural complexity is honored and celebrated. Where your ambivalence about success makes complete sense. Where your family loyalty and your need for autonomy can coexist. Where we name the systemic issues that shape your experience, while also building your internal resources to navigate them.
I offer services in both Spanish and English, and I’m committed to making therapy accessible within the constraints of running a sustainable practice.
If you’re ready to explore your identity and experiences with someone who can understands the journey, if you want support that honors all of who you are, I’m here. You deserve healing that meets you where you are, in all your cultural complexity.
