I am a Resident in Counseling and Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have a person-centered approach, meaning that I work collaboratively with clients to reach their goals while keeping them at the center of the process. I also believe that the connections or attachments that we have in our lives play a large part in our wellbeing. In our time together, I hope to help you work on building healthy connections and reach your goals. I believe that counseling should be accessible to everyone, and as such, should be applicable to different clients’ culture, identities, and beliefs.
As a fluent Spanish speaker, I hope to extend this accessibility across potential language barriers. My goal is for you to become empowered in this process through mutual empathy, responsiveness, and support. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, couples, and families. I am under the supervision of Dr. Jordan Luck LPC, LMFT, CSAC.
I completed my M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the College of William and Mary and my Bachelor’s of Science in Development Sociology at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. In my spare time, I like to crochet while watching Netflix, read, enjoy a cup of coffee, and spend time with friends and family.
