I provide intentional online therapy across California for first and second generation driven professionals. My practice offers a warm, culture informed space to decompress, with a specialized focus on Latino/a/x mental health and male wellbeing.
Before transitioning into mental health, my first career was in Information Technology (IT), where I learned how to analyze complex, high pressure systems. Today, I borrow some of that mindset to look at you as a whole person.
I do not look at your anxiety or focus challenges in isolation. Instead, we look at how your history, your daily workload, your family dynamics, and your routines all connect.
I understand the internal tug of war that comes with navigating the complexities of Latinidad. There is a real, unspoken hardship in trying to figure out exactly where you fit, while updating the unwritten family rules about success and stress so they work for the life you are building today.
Many of my clients are navigating the intense daily demands of high grit, metric driven fields like logistics, healthcare, technology, education, and small business. When you operate under that level of constant pressure, your nervous system naturally gets overloaded.
What looks like distraction or irritability from the outside is usually just a sign that your mind and body are running on empty. This stress targets your life right where it lives, creating:

When internal tension builds up, it causes you to either shut down completely or snap aloud in frustration. This relational strain is especially heavy for those navigating early parenthood.
Using my training in relational health and perinatal mental health, I help individuals rewrite old family blueprints so they can manage conflict smoothly and show up as steady, emotionally accessible, and supportive teammates for their partners and kids.
Combining intentional behavioral science like ACT with advanced trauma processing like EMDR, we focus on identifying the exact loops keeping you stuck, processing the stuckness, and developing life long skills so you can focus on what matters.
I understand the high wire act of balancing a demanding career with family because I live it every day. As a stay at home father during the day and a professional therapist by night, I intentionally structure my practice with late evening hours and Saturday slots. This allows me to meet you when you are actually free to focus on your wellbeing, long after the standard workday or shift has ended.
