Hi!, I’m Tiffany — a Bronx-raised, Puerto Rican therapist who believes that healing works best when it’s human, grounded, and approachable. I’m the eldest daughter in my family, which means I show up like a lot of people’s hype person, referee, and occasional straight shooter all at once. That energy shows up in my work: I’m supportive, organized, and a little practical, but also bring honesty, care, and a sense of humor to every session. Sessions with me are safe, but also alive.
I work with folx of all backgrounds, and hold a special place in my heart for women, femmes, and nonbinary folk. I’m trauma-informed, prioritize safety above all else, and focus on creating sessions where you feel seen, heard, and understood — without judgment.
Clients often tell me they feel comfortable being honest with me, even about things that feel embarrassing or complicated. They tell me they look forward to our time together, whether it’s been a good week or a bad week. That’s what I love most: creating a space where you can be fully yourself, laugh, cry, vent, and grow — all in one session.
I love creating environments that feel warm, welcoming, and soft, with a touch of curiosity and whimsy — while still honoring focus, confidence, and clarity. My work is guided by a deep love for humans, culture, and community, and my goal is to cultivate spaces that are safe, encouraging, and full of possibility.
I value spaces that foster authenticity, self-definition, and meaningful connection. I believe healing expands when people are given permission to take up space fully and honestly.
I currently practice at West Side Psychotherapy. Initial inquiries and evaluations will be completed by our founder, Kate Lamborn. You are welcome to request to work with me during that process.
