Cultural Identities

About Arazeli Wagner, LMFT

Many of the people I work with are beginning to recognize how family experiences, cultural expectations, and early relationships may still be shaping their lives today. They may struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, or repeating patterns in relationships while also carrying a deep sense of responsibility to their families or communities.

My work focuses on helping individuals explore generational trauma, childhood emotional wounds, and attachment patterns that influence how we see ourselves and relate to others. These patterns often develop as ways of adapting to difficult environments, family dynamics, or cultural messages about strength, sacrifice, and responsibility.

My approach is grounded in compassion and a belief that deep healing happens through understanding our stories. In therapy, we take time to explore your experiences with curiosity and care, reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, and begin creating new ways of relating that feel healthier and more aligned with who you are.

I offer trauma-informed therapy for adults across Colorado through telehealth and work with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves, break generational patterns, and move toward healing.
