About Psychiatrist & Referral Process

The privilege of walking with individuals through times of intensity and witnessing how challenges can lead to profound personal transformation is what drew me to mental health care and continues to inspire my practice. I believe in a holistic approach to medication management, recognizing that healing extends beyond prescriptions to include lifestyle, environment, and personal strengths. My goal is to provide thoughtful, compassionate care that empowers clients to navigate their mental health journey with confidence.

I earned my Master of Science from the University of California, San Francisco School of Nursing in 2013 and later completed my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree at Cal State Long Beach in 2019. Specializing in Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and the Bipolar Spectrum, I take an individualized, evidence-based approach to treatment that includes depth psychotherapy in addition to medication management. I strive to create a space where clients feel truly heard and supported as they work toward stability, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.

Availability for initial intakes within one to two weeks. Services are offered in both English and Spanish via telehealth for California residents. I am not on any insurance panels; however, superbills are available upon request.  New patient inquiries may be scheduled at Entreluzpsychiatry.com
