I’m Natalie Wisdom, LCSW, M.C.P.C., and I am the founder of Divine Resilience Psychotherapy, LLC. Divine Resilience was created from my belief that healing is possible when we feel truly seen, supported, and honored in all parts of who we are. My practice is a space where your story, culture, identities, and lived experiences are welcomed without shame or judgment.
As a licensed clinical social worker, my work is rooted in kindness, compassion, and deep respect for your lived reality. Many of the clients I support are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges. Others are carrying the invisible weight of immigration stress, discrimination, generational trauma, or feeling like they must be “strong” for everyone else. Divine Resilience exists so you don’t have to carry those burdens alone.
In our sessions, I offer a warm, collaborative approach. I see therapy as a partnership: you bring your wisdom and experience, and I bring clinical tools, perspective, and grounding. Together, we clarify what you need right now—whether that is relief from overwhelming emotions, support in setting boundaries, healing from painful memories, or building a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
I draw from trauma-informed and evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused strategies, and relational, strength-based work. EMDR can be especially helpful for clients who have experienced trauma, chronic stress, or ongoing fear, and want a structured way to process those experiences. CBT and related approaches help us identify unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping skills, and create more balance between mind, body, and emotions.
Divine Resilience is also a culturally responsive, identity-affirming practice. I work with clients from diverse racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, including Black, African American, Latinx, immigrant, and multicultural communities. For many clients, topics like culture, family expectations, spirituality, and systemic oppression are part of the healing conversation. If it is important to you, we can integrate your cultural values, faith, and community experiences into the work we do. You deserve a therapist who understands that your mental health does not exist separate from your identity or environment.
Another part of my work includes immigration evaluations for hardship waivers, asylum, and VAWA cases. I approach these evaluations with sensitivity, respect, and care, knowing that they often involve deeply personal stories of loss, danger, and hope. My goal is always to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe sharing your story and supported throughout the process.
At Divine Resilience Psychotherapy, I see adults, couples, and families. Some people come to therapy because a specific event has shaken them—a loss, a breakup, a move, or a major transition. Others come because they have been feeling “off” for a long time: exhausted, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unable to enjoy life the way they used to. Whether you are in crisis or simply ready for change, your reasons for seeking support are valid.
Our work together may include building coping skills for anxiety and stress, healing the impact of trauma, improving communication in relationships, navigating identity and life transitions, or reconnecting with joy and purpose. I will always move at a pace that feels manageable for you, checking in regularly about what is and isn’t working.
Currently, sessions are held online, making therapy more accessible and flexible for your schedule. Many clients appreciate being able to meet from the privacy of their own home or office, without the added stress of commuting.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready to invest in your emotional well-being, Divine Resilience Psychotherapy is here to support you. You do not have to go through this alone. Together, we can create space for healing, growth, and resilience—one session, one step, one moment of courage at a time.
If you feel a connection to what you’ve read, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
