About Jazline Villar

Hello! I’ve been practicing since 2017. I’ve worked in community based organizations and private practice. I’ve worked closely with the BIPOC communities with a particular emphasis on the Latinx community. I am Latinx and cis-genderd female. I focus on intergenerational trauma and healing. I specialize in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, Maternal Mental Health, Family Mental Health, Interpersonal Violence, Complex Trauma and Traumatic Stress. I’ve seen couples since 2024. I complete Immigration Evaluations for V-Visas, VAWA, and Extreme Hardship Waivers at reduced rates to support the community during the current political climate.

I use an integrative approach tailored to each client; my approaches include cbt, psychodynamic, dbt, solutions focused, acceptance and commitment therapy, and gottman method.

Clients can expect to feel heard, validated and appropriately challenged. Clients can expect to take away insight and/or applicable strategies towards their goals.
