I’m a bilingual therapist (English & Spanish) with experience supporting individuals, couples, children, and LGBTQIA+ clients, including trans and gender-diverse individuals. I’ve worked in both private practice and clinical settings, helping clients navigate trauma, mood challenges, identity exploration, and life changes with compassion and cultural understanding.
My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and centered on you. I’m not here to “fix” you, I’m here to help you feel safe enough to explore what’s really going on, reconnect with yourself, and take steps toward the life you want.
Sessions are available in English or Spanish, and I welcome clients from all walks of life.
