Johanny Baez, MA

Hi, I’m Johanny Baez, a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist who works with adolescents and adults navigating life’s challenges. I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel safe to show up as their authentic selves. I believe healing happens within relationships built on trust, safety, and connection. My hope is to walk alongside you, meet you where you are, and support you in exploring your experiences with curiosity and compassion. Together, we can make sense of difficult experiences and emotions, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and cultivate greaterself-understanding and resilience.

My approach is trauma-informed, IFS-informed (Internal Family Systems), and experiential. I strive to provide culturally sensitive care that honors each client’s unique background, identities, values, and lived experiences. Through a collaborative process, I help clients build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, develop self-compassion, and reconnect with their inner strengths.
