=====================================

Life can be difficult, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am here to support you through your healing process, helping you to understand and transform the thinking and relational patterns that are holding you back. My aim is to create a warm and affirming therapeutic environment where you feel secure in exploring your emotions and discovering more about yourself. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship and strive to build a genuine connection based on compassion and empathy. My passion lies in empowering clients to move forward and achieve their life goals.

As a bilingual Latina mental health professional, I bring a multicultural perspective that allows me to connect with and be sensitive to cultural and racial issues. Recognizing the impact of intersectionality and societal factors on mental health is integral to my practice.

I understand that everyone’s life journey is unique, which is why I customize my therapeutic approach to meet your individual needs. I see therapy as a collaborative and creative process where we work together to find meaningful solutions and foster a more fulfilling and peaceful life. My professional background includes extensive experience in non-profit community settings and private practice, where I have developed expertise in treating acute, complex, and intergenerational trauma, as well as issues related to grief, loss, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, major life transitions, immigration, acculturation, and the stress of racism and oppression.

My clinical practice is grounded in a relational psychodynamic framework. I employ a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach to provide holistic care for individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, and religious beliefs.
