I’m Jessica Saldana, a bilingual Spanish-speaking psychotherapist and first-generation Mexican American with a Master’s in Social Work. I know what it’s like to carry the weight of multiple worlds, and I bring that lived experience into my work walking alongside you as you navigate healing, growth, and self-discovery.
I support children, teens, young adults, and adults especially those from BIPOC, immigrant, and multigenerational families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, or a disconnection from their sense of self shaped by personal, cultural, and systemic experiences.
In our work together, you’ll find a compassionate, collaborative space where you are met with presence, care, and curiosity. My approach is strengths-based and “bottom-up,” helping you tune into how the body carries and expresses your lived experiences. I integrate somatic practices, polyvagal-informed techniques, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you reclaim your story and reconnect with yourself. I also offer evidence-based tools while honoring spirituality and ancestral wisdom as essential guides on the journey toward holistic healing.
