Internship Opportunity: Mental Health
Marketing Intern (Seasonal, Hybrid)
Location: Local to Burbank, CA
2-4 hours/week paid internship at $22/hour (time commitment may vary depending on events but we will also work with your schedule)
Latinx Therapy is looking for a local community-oriented person with an interest in mental health advocacy & marketing for this internship position.
In this hybrid role, you’ll connect with local and national organizations, share flyers and materials in the community, and support our efforts to raise awareness both in person and online. If you are organized, reliable, enjoy talking with people, and being part of a mission-driven team, we’d love to hear from you! This position is ideal for college students or graduates interested in Communication, Marketing. We are also open to training interested individuals.
The internship is seasonal with potential to become part-time. Seasonal = 3 months.

About our Team: We are a small but fierce and passionate team managed by Adriana’s creativity. This is a friendly and flexible environment. This position will report to our executive coordinator.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Must be able to drive (must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license)
- Live local to Burbank/San Fernando Valley,
- Comfortable speaking with new people and representing our mission
- Passion for mental health and therapy advocacy
- Self-motivated & organized
- Experience with Canva
Some responsibilities include:
- Attending tabling events in Los Angeles (milage, gas and meal will be compensated)
- Packing marketing baskets and mailing them to companies/organizations
- Assist with events at our Burbank offices
- Pick up marketing items from Burbank or North Hollywood
- Research organizations Latinx Therapy can partner with
- Set up meetings with companies who reach out that are interested in partnering with us (this will require assessing if they align with us and if we have capacity for this partnership)
- Check emails, and reply to potential partnerships
- Meet with Adriana or Hilda virtually weekly or every other week to touch base
- Create & send newsletter campaigns once a month
