Cultural Identities

About Veronica Togual, LCSW

Hi there. I’m Veronica Togual, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in CA.

I work with teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, intergeneration trauma/trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, including first-generation individuals, immigrant communities, and those who identify as LGBTQIA+. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, resilience, and growth.

I take a holistic approach to therapy, meeting each person where they are in their healing process. My style is non-directive, humanistic and psychodynamic-centered on the therapeutic relationship and rooted in trust, empathy and curiosity. I encourage exploration of both past and present challenges through a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and it takes courage to take that first step. I’m here to provide a compassionate, steady presence, offering guidance and support whenever helpful, while honoring your pace and choices along the way. Together, we will collaboratively create goals, explore your strengths, and cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness.
