Just considering the idea of seeking support is a brave and meaningful step. It’s not easy to admit when life feels heavy or overwhelming. Whether it’s past trauma, big life changes, or just that quiet feeling that something’s off it takes strength to say, “I might need help with this.”
I’m a bilingual Clinical Social Worker, and for the past 12 years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside people from all kinds of backgrounds—new immigrants finding their footing, LGBTQ+ folks navigating identity and belonging, teens figuring themselves out, adults juggling life’s demands, and individuals with intellectual or learning differences, including those who are neurodivergent. Every story is different, and every person deserves a space where they feel safe, understood, and supported.
That’s what I aim to offer: a space where you can show up exactly as you are. No pressure, no judgment just room to breathe, feel, and work through whatever’s on your heart. I use a mix of therapeutic approaches, always tailored to what feels right for you. My job isn’t to “fix” you it’s to walk with you, help you make sense of things, and build tools that support your growth and healing.
Life can be messy, beautiful, confusing, and everything in between. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here when you’re ready.
