I am a psychologist with a degree from UNAM, specializing in Clinical Intervention with Adults and Groups, as well as psychoanalytic psychotherapy. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to accompany people through some of the most complex moments of their lives: migrations, losses, grief, difficult beginnings, and unanswered questions.
I have worked with humanitarian organizations, providing care to refugees, migrants, and individuals who have experienced significant vulnerability. This work deeply taught me the value of listening, patience, and nurturing connections.
If you find yourself going through a difficult period—overwhelmed by anxiety, discouragement, loss, or simply yearning to understand yourself more deeply—it may be time to open a space just for you. A space to talk, process your experiences, and make sense of what hurts or confuses you today.
I work with a psychoanalytic approach, in Spanish, grounded in sensitivity and commitment. I support adults navigating various life transitions—migratory processes, losses, major life changes, or existential crises—as well as those seeking deeper self-awareness, to reframe their stories and discover new meaning.
I invite you to consider such a space: intimate, respectful, and free from judgment. A space where your words can be heard, and your story can transform.
