I am a genuinely curious person who takes an interest in people and their narratives. I started as a trauma therapist with an interest in neurobiology. Understanding how the brain works led me to study how to help people with anxiety, insomnia, and chronic pain/illness. I became fascinated by these natural processes and how they can impact us on a individual and communal level. Partnered with my natural interest to want to hear people’s stories, my desire to help, and lifelong curiosity I learned to create safe spaces where people can explore the connection between their mind and body. I have worked in chronic pain, primary care, and behavioral sleep medicine clinics. I understand the role of a medical team and the toll navigating a medical system can take. I strive to help people become advocates in their health and life.
