There is so much that people go through, and often they feel stuck or unsure of how to move forward with their lived experiences. Sometimes people are living in survival mode, and they’re just trying to make it through the day. If you are ready to explore your experiences and invest in personal growth, I am here to help you slow down, reflect, and process what you are going through so that you can grow through it.
My name is Edith, and I have been providing therapy since 2016. I have worked with children, teens, and adults, giving me a wide range of clinical experiences. My specialty is in helping people identify how and why their core beliefs were formed, make connections between past and present experiences, and identify the changes needed to grow and live more at peace.
As a daughter of Mexican immigrants, first-gen graduate, and bilingual speaker, I understand the importance of providing culturally responsive care. My favorite is when my clients can express themselves in Spanglish or when they know they don’t have to explain a cultural piece because they know I get it. Our family and Latinx community have instilled strength and bravery in us, and the strongest and bravest thing we can do for ourselves is lean into our emotional wounds and heal.
