Hola! I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor committed to providing trauma-informed, culturally attuned care. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship problems. As a Latina therapist, I’m passionate about supporting immigrants and first- and second-generation clients navigating cultural identity, intergenerational expectations, and the stigma that can surround mental health. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Using a tailored blend of Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, I help clients gain insight into their experiences, build effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience. I also support clients in identifying their needs and wants, setting healthy boundaries, and stepping into their personal power with confidence.
If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing and growth, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Reach out to schedule a consultation—we’ll take the first step together.
