I provide bilingual services in both English and Spanish, creating a safe, inclusive space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll explore your unique journey and work toward emotional well-being.
I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and EMDR to help you process difficult emotions, reduce stress, address past trauma, and develop healthier coping strategies.
