A few years back I sold almost everything I owned, closed my in-person office, and started traveling full-time—despite the “what-ifs.” It was scary, terrifying… and the best decision I’ve ever made! That experience showed me how powerful it is to face your fear and create the life you love. I now help clients do the same kind of inner work: releasing constant worry, healing from trauma, and moving through life changes.
Many of the people I see feel stuck in cycles of overthinking or paralyzed by intrusive thoughts, relationship stress, difficult adjustments, trauma, parenting challenges, or career choices. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, process past experiences, and build tools to calm your mind and trust your own decisions.
My style is down-to-earth and collaborative. We’ll talk, sometimes laugh, and work with practical tools that help. Life doesn’t have to feel like a struggle.
