¡Hola me alegro que estes aqui!  My name is Yilda Sanchez and I was born and raised in Jersey. I personally like to refer to myself as “The Latina Healer.” I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Melissa Harrison, LPC-S.  I moved to Dallas with my husband and my goldendoodle named Koda in the summer of 2022. I received my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rider University. I also obtained my life coaching certification from Rider University. I have a special interest in working with teens and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, work conflict, communication, family issues, stress, and spirituality.

My warm and compassionate approach helps you see how dedicated I am to helping my clients achieve their goals. I will provide an environment for listening, learning, & growth. My goal is to help you maneuver through the many challenges in life such as relationships, family, work, and more. I offer a variety of therapy services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy. I am passionate about working with teens, adults, LGBTQIA+, Allies, BIPOC individuals, BIPOC Allies, and individuals who have ever felt marginalized or labeled based on their race, sexuality, religion, immigration status or socioeconomic status.
