My extensive experience spans trauma treatment, grief and loss, relationship challenges, family conflicts, life transitions, chronic illness, maternal mental health, reproductive issues, and generational trauma. I also find great fulfillment in helping those struggling with boundary setting, complacency, codependency, and self-criticism.
