Hello! I am a licensed mental health clinician offering in-person and online therapy in the state of Idaho. As a Latinx woman, I am passionate about working with the Latinx community and adults aged 18-39 yrs old struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, and stress.
I have experience working with individuals experiencing excessive amount of self-criticism, worry, and emotions that feel out of control. I provide individual therapy to those struggling with anxiety, depression, infertility, interpersonal issues, loneliness, low self-esteem, stress and many other concerns.
