I am trained in various innovative therapies and tailor my treatment to each individual client. In our initial session, I will make sure I understand what has been going on for you, connect with you/ build rapport, and provide you with at least one helpful tool that will improve things for you. My approach is gentle yet proactive in getting you feeling clear and free.
