Hola, my name is Vanessa and I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving folx in the state of CA. I identify as a first generation Chicana, born in Long Beach, CA and raised in both LB and the Southbay area.

I provide a warm, gentle and safe space to help adults work through anxiety, depression, processing trauma, low self esteem, relationship difficulties (family or romantic), boundary setting as well as life transitions. I do this by meeting you where you are, building a relationship and trust. I will collaborate with you to create goals that are specific to your concerns. My goal is to assist you with making sense of things and address challenges or barriers you may be experiencing so that you can live authentically.

About me: I enjoy the outdoors (taking morning walks, hiking, camping, road trips etc.) just as much as I love to stay home, watch movies and eat good food!
