Hello/Hola! We are so glad you are here! We are Dr. Sandy Equite-Rodas and Dr. Kyrene Diaz and we are the co-founders of Uprise Psychological Wellness Corp. We are a telehealth group practice in California.

We are Latinx bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Clinical Psychologists practicing in California. At Uprise Psychological Wellness, we provide telehealth services to support you in participating in the comfort of your space. Individuals seek therapy and support for a variety of reasons and seeking this help can feel uneasy. Please know we appreciate you taking the first step. We enjoy helping individuals explore patterns impacting their relationships, finding ways to manage stressful situations, and exploring their emotions and behaviors to help make improvements in your life. We provide trauma-informed care to treat a variety of clinical presentations with different age groups. At Uprise, we enjoy helping individuals identify, address, and change intergenerational patterns. We use a collaborative and integrative approach in our treatment.

Our team has combined experience in treating children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with a variety of concerns. Some of the modalities our team is trained in include, Trauma Focused - CBT,  Seeking Safety, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and Managing Adaptive Practices.

In addition to individual and family therapy services, Uprise offers group therapy and wellness groups to support individuals. Please feel to inquire about the groups available.
