About

We believe people are experts of their own experiences and that long-lasting change is built on a compassionate and trusting relationship with themselves first.

We believe therapy should be highly tailored to you. Our approach is trauma informed, culturally inclusive, and identity affirming. Using both traditional talk therapy and experiential/process oriented therapy, we specialize in trauma recovery and identity exploration for highly sensitive people and neurodivergent individual and couples.

Through therapy, our clients find that they are no longer overwhelmed and shut down by the parts of them that feel angry, jealous, depressed, guilty, resentful, etc. and experience not only appreciation for these parts but also the ability to heal in a lasting way.

We are also a group of psychotherapists who know what it’s like to be in therapy and to be in a place of needing help. We are curious learners and understand the confusing and unraveling nature of internal conflicts and shame. Valuing interdependence in a community alongside our own individual growth. We are like-minded in our approaches and unique in our histories, identities, and stories. We invite our clients to find their best fit therapist with us and are thankful for the trust and the continued vulnerability we see from our clients every day.

Our clients are creatives, entrepreneurial, neurodivergent, highly sensitive, couples longing for meaningful connection in the midst of tough life transitions, and socially-conscious and open minded.

We provide in-person appointments at our office in Highland Park, Los Angeles all days of the week, mornings and evenings. Book an free initial phone consult to see if you can matched with a therapist on a specific day or time of the day.

We provide virtual appointments for those residing anywhere in California. Visit to learn more and book an initial call with one of our non-pathological and trauma-informed therapists.

We believe accessibility to mental health means to destigmatize appropriate responses to valid trauma and stress.

All our therapists are post-graduate level trained in counseling, marriage and family therapy, mental health, and social work.

Collectively, our therapists are trained in the following trauma-informed, attachment focused, experiential, process-oriented, and cognitive-behavioral models:
