As a first generation Latina therapist, I can help you process the past and present stressors that impact your emotions and thoughts daily. I will support you through your process and strive to empower you to accomplish your goals. I seek to help you identify your strengths so that you can use them outside of our therapy sessions. Therapy is a form of self-care, and although it may be a difficult journey, I will be here to guide you with kindness and compassion.

I work with children and adult populations to gain a basic understanding of my background. I have clinical experience working with grief, anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, body image, social anxiety, LGBTQIA+ identity, gender identity, and peer relationships. I welcome people of all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, religious/spiritual beliefs, and gender identities to step into the therapeutic space and accompany you on this transformative journey.
