Life can feel overwhelming at times and it may seem that there is nothing that can be done to stop the pain and suffering, but this is not true. I use an integrative approach to therapy that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), art therapy, and expressive techniques to meet your individual needs. Through therapy, I can assist you to address patterns of anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and other stress-related issues. My goal is to help individuals increase self-awareness and develop concrete tools to improve emotional wellness that will help them reach their goals. I encourage therapy to be a space where one can explore feelings, process thoughts, and identify personal strengths. Whatever season you find yourself in, I am here to walk with you in the context of a nonjudgmental, warm, empathic, and collaborative space.
