Therefore, I incorporate interventions from various therapeutic orientations such as psychodynamic, attachment, person centered, and cognitive behavioral because no individual should ever be reduced to fit into a box. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults through outpatient community mental health, school based services and private practice. I’ve helped my client’s deal with a wide range of issues such as child/sexual abuse, traumatic experiences in childhood and adulthood, stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief/bereavement, and life transitions.
