Level Up Psychotherapy: Dr. Serenity Serseción They/Them/ellos is a plural, Puerto Rican, genderqueer, bilingual (Spanish / English), licensed clinical psychologist. They have a private practice that focuses on the DID / plural community, people of color, the LGBTQ+ community, and people in various subcultures. Clinical focuses are depression, anxiety, trauma, and dissociation. Teaching focuses are diversity, intersectionality, social justice, and clinician areas of expertise.
They have worked as a clinician in various sites such as universities, community mental health agencies, and hospitals for over 15 years. They have been an interim director at a local LGBTQ+ specialty clinic. In addition to supervising new doctoral student clinicians and teaching psychology and diversity courses at various universities. They currently work in private practice, as a presenter, and at a local clinic inside a tech company.
