I have had the privilege of working with clients of all ages experiencing depression and anxiety, C-PTSD, eating disorder, grief and loss, personality and mood disorders, parenting and relationship struggles, family dynamics, and other problematic life experiences. Engaging in your first psychotherapy process can be an uncomfortable and challenging experience, however it can also be a beautiful transition to reflect on you, including reaching goals, improving interpersonal relationships and resolution of specific concerns and issues impacting your wellbeing. I use Trauma-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, among other treatment approaches, to reduce the impact of mental health symptoms on daily living.
