Ruthie Duran Deffley is a seasoned mental health professional and licensed clinical social worker based in Savannah, Georgia. With a robust academic background, she holds dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Policy, bringing a unique blend of clinical expertise and policy knowledge to her practice. Ruthie is the owner and lead therapist at her private mental health practice, where she specializes in trauma recovery, addiction, and relationship counseling.

Ruthie is deeply committed to helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of trauma and recovery. She is certified in several therapeutic modalities, including Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT). Her work is guided by a deep sense of compassion and a strong belief in the transformative power of therapy.
