My name is Rocio and I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in the Santa Ana/Costa Mesa area in Orange County, CA. I provide in person therapy and would love to get in touch to help on your journey.
I believe therapy is a journey of self-discovery in which I come alongside you to co-create the healing needed. I strive to create an inviting and open space where folks can feel cared for and secure enough to begin working on the change they’d like to see. I hope to help individuals, couples, and families by equipping them with the space and tools necessary to heal themselves as they navigate their unique path toward a more enriching life. I have experience working with clients who live with anxiety, complex trauma, depression, and other relational issues.
