About

Hello, do you ever notice how sometimes the children of immigrants can feel lost and confused about their cultural and personal identity or might feel like a "no sabo". Feeling like they don't belong into any one culture and aren't fully accepted by either. I can help you learn to define what it means to be YOU and how to gain confidence, purpose and meaning in your life. Dictated by your standards, not the standards set for you by others.

I specialize in men and boys mental health. Learn healthy ways to express their frustrations. I believe all people have the internal strength to process and work through their struggles. Your mind & body know what to do when you are hurting both physically and emotionally, but it can be hard to understand. I work to help clients understand our pain and learn to process it into moving forward. My passion is to help you learn to build the tomorrow you envisioned. Whether those goals be personal, professional, or familial.

It can be hard to reach out for help, finances, life & stigma all add to this. It may feel like you have tried everything and that it never works. With our work we will dismantle these internal stigmas and create the tomorrow you want for yourself not the tomorrow others have set out for you. I encourage you to reach out and see if we are a good fit. My office is located inside of a church but that does not mean that our session must be about religion unless that is what you would like. I offer a sliding scale based on income to provide affordable therapy with rates between $55-140.
