My therapy services support Latinx/BIPOC who are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, Grief/Loss, life transitions, LGBTQI/gender identity, and stress management.

I am a Latinx psychotherapist who has an eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating a wide variety of treatment approaches including: CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, Solution Focused, Motivational/ Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Play Therapy.
