I am a therapist with almost 40 years of experience offering a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Having grown up in both New York and Puerto Rico, I have a multicultural background (fluent in both English and Spanish). This rich cultural heritage allows me to connect deeply with a diverse range of clients. I work primarily with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder, but also help clients who are experiencing stress due to difficult situations, and feeling stuck and undecided about how to proceed. With a compassionate and supportive approach, I strive to create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will uncover the root causes of your struggles and develop effective strategies to move forward. I see clients exclusively via tele health which is both convenient as well as secure.
