I am bilingual in English and Spanish and I have worked through a compassionate and trauma-informed lens with children, adolescents, adults, families and LGBTQIA+ community for over ten years. I have an empathetic and direct approach to therapy and I believe that, with a little non judgmental support, everyone is capable of growth and change.

My approach to healing is to focus on co-creating a trusting, safe and empowered experience and I strongly believe in empowering clients to achieve their goals. I have experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and I approach therapy through a multicultural lens to create a safe and inclusive space for clients.

I bring in a mix of skill-building and insight-oriented approaches to my practice. I also believe a healthy sense of humor can go a long way in the therapy room.
