I welcome you to your healing journey and congratulate you on investing in yourself!(:  It can be hard taking the first step in starting your healing journey... sometimes especially as a Latinx but I am so glad you have done so!!

A little about me? I am a first-generation Chicana who has grown passion for helping people heal their hearts, bodies, minds, and souls. I work through a client-centered philosophy but incorporate CBT, DBT, psychoanalytic, and others as needed- because I believe one size does not fit all. I have worked with individuals of all backgrounds and ages with a variety of different symptomology. My specialty is helping individuals work through childhood trauma to avoid interruptions in their relationships. Did you know there was a correlation??

I am trained in working with Latinx children, teens, and adults. I believe nosotros los Latinxs are underserved and aren't always appropriately treated. I bring in a unique lens of understood cultural factors and issues. Some other areas I work with are the following:
